Refund & Returns Policy

30-Day Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. If 30 days have passed since you received your order, we unfortunately can’t offer a refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) is required.

  • Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping fee (if any) will not be refunded.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges
We replace items only if they arrive defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same product, please contact us.

To start a return, please email us with your order number. We’ll provide you with the return address and instructions.
